Buyer card is like an entry pass, all visitors going into the Canton Fair complex must hold one. People hang the buy card around their neck for inspecting purpose.
Buyer card can be made instantly from the registration office located at the gate of Canton Fair Liuhua and Pazhou complex. And its absolutely free of charge, but you must bring along following items:
- Personal document*
- One business/name card
- Invitation+
- One 4cm x 5cm sized recent photo+
* Personal document is one of the following documents:
- Overseas Passport (Non-Chinese passport)
- H.K./ Macao Home-return Permit or I.D. Card
- Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate
- Chinese passport with over 1 years valid overseas visa
+ People can register buyer card and go inside the fair with or without the invitation, but a RMB 100 service charge will apply to people without invitation. 4cm x 5cm instant photo can be taken at registration office at a cost of RMB 30 per person.
Hint: There is a buyer card registration office located in each one of the 27 appointed hotels below, they will be open for registration from 14th to 20th phase 1, 24th to 28th phase 2. To avoid queuing at the Canton Fair complex we strongly recommend you to register your buyer card there before you go to the fair complex.
