1. Book Flight
The first thing is to make sure which phase of the fair you need to attend according to your schedule. Flights and hotels are extremely scarce, many visitors had to cancel their trip due to unavailable flights or hotels in the past. Be more careful this year as the Olympic Games will be held in China, all flights to China, Hong Kong and Macau in July and August are booked out already!
2. Book Hotel
Please book for Guangzhou hotel in advance, by Chinese embassy all visitors applying for Chinese Visa must provide a proper booking confirmation letter for their stay in China in order to obtain Visa. We will send the booking confirmation by email within 24 hours for your Visa application.
3. Buyer Registration
Register you Buyer Entrance Pass online and print out before you come to the fair, it saves your time to do this on the counter. Passport and one of your business cards are essential too, bring them along with extra documents if needed.
