If you need to extend your stand or check-in early, the extra accommodation will be charged at a discount rate RMB 250/night/room, please inform us early for any changes.

Airport Welcome Guidance
Our professional staff will be awaiting your arrival at Baiyun International Airport to give you helpful guidance. Please inform us your flight number and arrival time for reference.
Application Steps:
- Fill out an Application for Exhibition Online Form
- Email or Fax us your product catalogue, a photocopy of your business license and a photo copy of your band registration certificate.
- We will process your application and send you a confirmation email, after that you can transfer the USD 850.00 straight into the CSMEF committees government bank account. Account details are as follow:
- Email or Fax us a copy of your transfer receipt for the fair to identify your payment.
- Wait for our final confirmation on exhibition booth, the hotel accommodation and the airport welcome guidance. After that you have successfully gained the right to exhibit CSMEF and secured your free accommodation offer. You will be able to find your name under registered exhibitor page on official CSMEF website www.csmef.com.cn.
